The majority of us picked Jenkintown because of the small, close-knit community, where neighborhood kids became an extension of our own. Where kids still knock on doors to play & town square bustles with pre-teens & teenagers.

The same goes for the school. Jenkintown is our one room school house. It is our kids’ third space. No other public school district houses all of their students on one campus, feeds all of their kids in one cafeteria, has a graduating class that’s known each other since kindergarten.

In a town that only spans 0.58 square miles, the playground doubles as the neighborhood rendezvous spot. Kids (of all ages!) come here to hang out. So let’s treat it with love & take care of the things we (& our children!) hold dear.

One month, one day a week, a whole lot of community spirit! 💙❤️ We ask that you commit to at least one day a week during your month, but the more, the merrier! Want to make it a group effort? Team up with another family (or a few!) and make it a fun community tradition while helping care for the JES grounds that our kids love to call their own.
